Super Brunch Oct 2013 - Ritz Carlton

It is an eye opening experience! This is my first time going to such an Atas (High Class) Brunch. It is not a normal brunch, they called it SUPER BRUNCH! It is held  Bi-yearly at Ritz Calton Hotel Singapore.

Extraordinary and elaborated Carnival theme.

Arrived at the hotel at 12.15pm and there is a queue at the main entrance waiting to register. We are welcome by a Italian brass quintet Citta di Pizzoferrato Banda. The music simply brings me into another world – Carnival of the West.

Hands were giving out champagne behind the curtain.

The desserts are the 1st food that greeted us at the main entrance. Circus Time!

Pretty lady standing in the middle of the chocolate table counter. Hmm, poor girl has to stand there till the whole thing end.

Wow, there is door gift provided for every guest - a mug.

LOBSTER FEAST. Look at the different type of lobster dishes!  Every type must try.

Oysters from all over the world, Canadian, French, Irish etc

Seafood – Prawns, Scallops, Crab

I took only the sea urchin from the sashimi counter. It is fresh and sweet, unlike those from normal sushi shop where there is a fishy taste. Thumb up for the sea urchin.

Foie Gras nicely decorated like those found at a French restaurant. I only eat the Foie Gras and skip the décor. Ops waste food. Colorful Foie Gras in the chiller. I didn’t dare to try, is it raw? No idea. I didn’t ask.

XLARGE hotdog and burger.

Carving – Wagu Beef

130 types of cheese!  Which one to choose which one to try?
