Olive Tree Buffet Dinner @ Intercontinental Singapore

Birthday treat from 3 lovely ladies. Thank you!

Olive Tree was chosen because of the credit card promotion, one-for-one deal. Good deal attract crowd, so it is wise to be there early so that food will no run out before your stomach gets full.

Sashimi – Salmon, Tuna, Swordfish and Octopus

Cold Seafood – Lobster (most people favorite, take before they are gone), Oyster, Crayfish, Prawn, Gong Gong and Scallop

Salad Corner

Roasted Beef

Cold Noodle

Sushi

Cheese (Cranberry Cheese is awesome)

Soup Corner – Cream of mushroom and Pork Ribs with papaya and white fungus

Drunken Prawn – I like it as the herbal taste is thick and feels nutritious. At the end of day the soup are gone left the prawns laying in the claypot.

Bread Corner

Cooked Food Corner

Mee Siam – The sourness helps to digest the food faster and then can go for 2nd serving. Nice should try.

Desserts – There isn’t much ingredient to dip into the chocolate fondue. Ice cream is rather too soft seemed like soft serve texture.
