Merely Ice Cream

My friend recommended me to try Merely Ice Cream. I find the name is not appealing. Merely~? Just pass (50/100) to be ice cream? Surprisingly, it is just their humbleness!

Homemade ice cream shops have been popping up here and there. Merely Ice Cream is just one of them. What can make this new comer, a one year old baby, fights against the old and young ice cream shops? Ingredients used are fresh. Their ice creams are not as sweet as others. Every mouth of ice cream is able to taste the ingredients used and the aftertaste is distinct. The texture of the ice cream is dense. Other ice creams are watery and icy, due to lack of churning during ice cream making process and lack of fresh ingredients. 

Each day, there are about 18 flavours available. Some of my favourites:
Salted Butterscotch
Dark chocolate
Zesty Lemon
Oreo
Earl Grey
Red Velvet
