Singapre Flea Market - Thieves Market

Thieves market is actually a flea market found along the Rocher canal at Sungei Road. It is the largest and oldest flea market in Singapore. You can find all sort of used / old items here.

Clothing, shoes, utensil, religious pendant, old song record, old  DVD, watches, wallets, laptop, antique, phones, charges, stuffed toys, electronic items. Most of the stuffs sold are old and used stuff. For people who do not mind used item and antique hunter. One man’s rubbish is another man’s treasure.

Clementi Canal

Taking a leisure walk along the Clementi Canal, you will come to the abandon railway connect between Clementi and Sunset Way. This railway connect has been abandon for more than 10 years. This is a favorite site for wedding photo. 

It is a quiet spot for soul to seek the inner peace. This man is enjoying the peace and his pet bird singing. 

 

This canal is full of “lives”. People fishing at this canal. Some come with a fishing rod and another come with a professional fishing net. 

Cycling, jogging and taking a stroll.

I love the greenery and fresh air.

Railway - Bukit Timah

Every train from Malaysia to Singapore had to pass by this Bukit Timah Station. When the government announced the closure of the track from Woodland - Bukit Timah - Tanjong Pagar, people flocked to take a last look at it as well as capture memories with camera. 

These were found along the track, some items were there for a purpose but other item was abandoned.  

This is the distance marking.
